Numerous talented speakers—experts in their fields—offered practical insights that ministry professionals took back to their camps and conferences and implemented. Peer discussions, both formal and informal, helped leaders further strategize and brainstorm innovative ideas for more effective ministry and operations.

Just prior to the official start of the event, in-depth Critical Learning Labs were offered to full-time convention participants at no charge. Topics they addressed included media and pop culture, finances, fund raising, spiritual development, creativity, team-building, and youth culture.

Other educational opportunities throughout the event included Mission Critical Seminars on strategic issues, and track seminars on a variety of topics. In addition, a limited number of consultations with Critical Learning Lab experts were available.
